We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying Hive Fuel without delay.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 8–12 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days (when available)

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Hive Fuel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at hivefuelsupport@gmail.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Hive Fuel is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and filing a claim. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Hive Fuel ships within the United States only.
